As you grow as a soccer player, strength & endurance in the game are very important. You must be able to sprint, explode to the ball and change direction while maintaining skill for long durations. That is why we have an amazing program to help you develop your athleticism, including strength, speed, power and endurance. And the best time to do this program is in the off-season. Participating in this training will help keep your body strong and powerful, and in turn can help boost your speed, agility, and stamina.
Soccer players can cover on average 6-8 miles of running in a full match. Somewhere in there, are a series of high intensity actions that can decide a game, such as a fast break away from the opposite team, a counterattack or a 1v1 game situation, there are many different scenarios. Most of the time goals are scored by making those runs without the ball to help your teammate. That's why high-speed running actions are important and that's why strength and conditioning are essential.
Our goal is to improve your game on the pitch by helping you to gain better speed, power, endurance and finding a balance in your workouts to continue developing While having still touching the ball and helping them to understand the importance of a first touch.
